Flash made early valks, but his monitor turned black for a sec and caused a valk to die. He typed ppp and game pauses. Since it was very early in the game and no one had a clear advantage (other than the advantage Effort got by the valk kill), Kespa decided a regame

Effort had just sniped one of flashes 2 valks with scourge's and got the other to low health and was in a good position to start muta harass and personally I think he was slightly ahead when flash's monitor started glitching, pretty convenient but I am not complaining since effort won anyway... I think
effort was really shaken by that and the long wait time after and that is why he underperformed the first two games..

You got it all wrong, the monitor glitching was the cause of the valk dying and hence Efforts "advantage"

Hm, would be nice to know why a player such as flash changes his play after leading 2-0, even after the 2-1 he could ve just played it straight up which i think is a better option than doing weird stuff in most situations if u r not boxer

I love how Jaedong is now considered the favourite to win in the MSL finals. He's the king of mindgames, the best series player of all time, and he's looking in shape. I mean, his ZvT again is his weakest matchup. He hasn't really faced any strong terrans lately with losses to baby, forgg, ruby, light... But of course, in a series JD is the tyrant. I expect his mechanics to be crisp and sharp (His muta micro in zvz and in zvt hasn't looked THAT great) and I expect him to come up with some sick build orders (Seriously, has there been any other zerg that comes up with better builds than JD??). So I really cannnnnnot wait for these games. Flash though.... Has that aura of invincibility (maybe not so bright lately). And I don't think anyone, not even Jaedong can beat him straight up if he opens with 1 rax into FE. I think they need some sort of economic 3 hatch before pool opening, super fast 2 hatch, or mass speedlings in order to gain some sort of early advantage early on.

I really hope though that JD 9 drone scouts every game and throws a 3 hatch before pool whenever he sees 1 rax into FE. I wanna see a macro brawwll. I'm HYPED.

Also, I'd just like to point out that JD has qualified for 4 finals in a row now. And flash...He's qualified for 4 finals in a row now but did it in HALF the time that JD did. Back to back DOUBLE starleague finals? Bonjwa.... I hope JD can pick up his game next season and accomplish a comparable feat.

Makes me think, you think he was playing unorthodox/greedy to show JD as little as possible?

I don't know, just a possibility. I mean even to me it felt like while watching the VODs, it wasn't the Flash that I knew that played TvZ.

I can't help but think Flash didn't want to win the series.
In game 2.. even though he won but he lost his 2 first two groups of mnm when he went to attack Effort's 3rd hatch. He didn't even move the mnm up the hill then start attack. He just 1a2a there so the front units was blocking the hill which end up some of the units didn't get to attack and he didn't focus fire on the individual sunkens.
In game 3.. careless mistake, moving his marines in a trail..?
Game 4.. I mean Flash should of been practicing his tvz so he should know the projectile of the overlord's scouting..Building barrack right in the way of overlord's path?? not his style..It's like saying.. I'm right here... Yes effort could have scout the other way but Flash should have taken into account all the path a overlord could have taken from their respective starting point.

Game 5.. 14 cc... I think it's safe to say in terms of skill Flash> Effort? So if he can get the game to mid/late game.. the odds are probably in his favor.

I guess you can say it's little mistakes.. but still..IT"s NOT FLASH play style.. all those games

Plus his coach kept talking to him after game..
just me.. but they probably don't want him to win and telling him not to win so he looks more human and not an unbeatable opponent..
