I think Movie will be a great protoss coming up and honestly if it weren't for nerves of being in such a tourney for the first time, he would have had a far better shot. Besides he took one game off Flash, which Stork failed to do in their osl finals.

This. It was a complete all-in where Movie put extra probes on gas and didn't expo to make that timing window. The LEAST he should have done was make Flash vacate one of his bases. Anything less than that was 100% GG. Best case scenario was taking out Flash's main and making him lift his facs or something insane like that.
I think people need to go back and look at Stork vs Fantasy Incruit OSL if they want to see how an S-Class PvT plays the OSL finals. Look at how much damage Stork does in a non-all-in timing window with just 2 DTs and a shuttle.
Then look at what Movie did and ask yourselves if there's any comparison at all.
Game 3 Movie had a nice break at Flash's 4th. It was the one time that entire series I saw Movie attacking at a good angle. Which isn't hard to do on Eye of the Storm where Flash had to turtle in a straight line down an entire map. (AKA not possible). After that, Movie rode his supply advantage to mass carriers, which was a smart thing to do but nothing exceptional. It's a pretty easy decision to make when you're on 5 bases and the other guy's on 3.
Flash might not have known carriers were coming, but he also couldn't really afford to build 2 rounds of gols "just in case." He's down 20 supply and bases and used up his scans defending vs arbs. He can't scout and can't afford to coin flip macro at that point. It was solid good play from Movie, but it was in no way exceptional, genius, star sense etc.
I was looking forward to this series. I wanted to see Movie come out and do something interesting. But I am astounded when people are actually making comparisons like Movie has the "potential" to be better PvT than TaekBang. Standards must be getting extremely low nowadays. Everywhere I look, people are suddenly becoming S-class when they take a game off an S-class player or pump wins off B-teamers for awhile (a la Leta).
Respect the TaekBangLeeSsang. There's a reason only 4 players are respected at that level.

One base. Robo with Reavers, Shuttle, DT, and you want storm? The thing is, Flash was on 50 supply 2 bases and he was on barely 40 supply 1 base when he came in with his reaver. The moment his build didn't KILL flash, he had lost the game. Even if the attack of Flash would have gotten destroyed(it wouldn't have). There's a reason you don't see the build.

It was goddamn cheesy but terrible. Idk... If he managed to pull out one or two storms he would have won. The thing is that Flash saw HTs and used the timing window before HTs had enough energy for the storm. I'm sure P on ICCup will use this build to make Terran players cry more about the TvP imbalance

The gas steal into reavers in game 1? Stork does that often, but I don't think it was anything special?
Game 2? The build was absolutely terrible.

Yeah, Stork/Bisu would've done better, but would they have shown the creative builds Movie used in the first two games? Flash would've probably lost with Movie's strategies and Stork/Bisu's execution, but that's just how scary Flash is, a complete player. Flash handled Movie's double nexus really well, especially because he scouted last. Hopefully protoss will stop using that build.

That's probably the most shallow analysis one could make about SC.
