Absolutely. It prevents mining, that's similar to outright killing a base... he's invested 700 minerals to denying that expo (less now because he cancelled 2nd forge). That's like sniping a hatchery with 7 zealots.

(1) Trying to permanently deny Hyun's natural (canceling bottom blocking forge + adding cannons)
Loss: One sair + all his offensive cannons.
(2) Going out early with his sair force. If he had waited for three more to pop out, he would have melted Hyun's mutas and scourge
Loss: Four sairs, leading to gg

imo the problem was that the cannon rush was not worth it. The cannons couldn't reach the hatchery so all they could have done was to delay mining, and Hyun could have just sent his drones to his third base. Much built a pylon, 4 cannons and a forge which is easily 850 minerals. Hyun could have just expanded again because much invested so much into that "rush"

This is right. All other mistakes were minor. Protoss haven't been able to move out with 4 sairs for years now. Come on Grandpa Toss, get with the times.
