hey guys i was trying to download a no-cd thingy and replaced my original storm.dll is it possible for anything to link me to one/send/upload it for me?

If you install SC from CD and get the update patch from BNET, you don't need the CD anymore.

If you install from http://www.blizzard.com/store, it never requires a CD.

Are you talking about Starcraft or Warcraft?

SC 1.15.2 no longer needs a NOCD. You just need a install.exe (from broodwar cd) copied to your sc directory and renamed to "broodwar.mpq".
There are also mini install.exes which are <1MB, but I don't if they are illegal. They also have no music, and who wants to miss SC's awesome music

Isn't storm.dll the file that keeps the language of the game?.

Are CD-images legal? If so you can just install as normal, load daemon tools, and mount a mini/maxi-image to play.

Images aren't illegal as long as you don't share them. By law I think you're allowed one copy per disc or something like that.

Storm.dll is in the mpq files in your Starcraft folder or cd. You can use an mpq viewer like WinMPQ to extract it or reinstall the game.
