Losing one goon for 3 rines is not a good thing WHEN YOU HAVE FOUR GOONS, especially since I'm guessing the mine blew off the shields on the other two goons too, that were near the dead one. So basically, when the tank comes out it just chases you away, since all your goons are reddish. No?

I remember that for some damn reason there was a game called "PIES2" (in polish DOG2) on Europe server, that would be on the list for months. As we all know, the lists get filled with these thrash, dead, ghost games, which stay there for some weird reason - and you cant join them, cuz they are all red.

And after like 3 months, that PIES2 game dissapeared. Some guy made a topic about that on netwars.pl, asking what happened with that game, which led to some epic lulz. Wonder if anyone has a screenshot of PIES2.

Also there was this German guy, who would always be the first person in bw-deu-1, as he never left the channel to play games, that was so weird (NIN? or something like that, I think he even had a website)

@ GI: You're not going to want a citadel there since this rush is really only useful if that is your first gateway.

@kefalives: jumping a zealot/dt/templar is too difficult, since they are smaller you need way way more stuff to force them to spawn in enemy base, it's impractical.

@geno: nice you discovered what I did as well! i've been meaning to try this but forgot all about it as I had trouble joining iccup games before. Also as for the LT jump, I've figured out how to do it with less buildings/units than I used in that first replay..but yes this jump is one of the least costly as it only requires 1 pylon.

What's so nice about the Zodiac one is that they won't see the buildings nor your dragoon once it pops in their base...the bad part is that you can only do the jump to the 6'oclock location..none of the other bases allow any sort of jump.

also remember a shield battery will work instead of the forge as well, so unless you want to cannon something you should just get the battery

I've been collecting screenshots of the places the jump can be done on various maps.. I'll work on that some more if anyone is interested and post them.

Also I've found making 1 zealot is usually better than going straight for goon, as your zealot can get to your opponent very early so it can be annoying to deal with and buy you a little more time to get your goons out.. but remember with some jump locations your zealot will get stuck, your screenshot is one example of it (it'll spawn next to the probe).

Also according to iccup @ TSL rules this is not forbidden.
