basically companies now are all thinking about monetizing assets cus new projects are too expensive, and only way to monetize SC is with Korea

I would like to remind my esteemed peers on this board that the inability to efficiently monetize the StarCraft series is the reason Blizzard has done so little with it as of late.

Your question should be whether Nexon is the type of developer who would be able to deliver a great overall game *while* providing players with ample reason to spend more money on it.

For the record, I don't know the answer to that.
