How to view .scx and .e2s UMS maps?

Upon request, I was sent a couple of files for a map from a mapmaker so I could take a look inside but he sent me both an .scx and an .e2s file. I'm not at all familiar with mapmaking and this thing with EUD is confusing me so I figured someone could point me in the right direction. What files and applications do I need to view these maps since I can't seem to open them directly in SCMDraft?

Sadly I don't know anything about EUD map making. I know that SCMDraft has some triggers related to EUD, and an .scx file is simply a map that requires Brood War to play it (as opposed to .scm files for Vanilla StarCraft) and should be openable in SCMDraft if it's not protected.
