[H] BW in-game problems

For starters I apologize if this has been discussed already somewhere, I tried searching but I couldn't find anything

I have poor english but I try to explain the best I can.

I haven't had this problem before yesterday.
-I open up brood war : everything's fine
-I enter to battle.net : everything is fine
-I join game (the pre-game lobby and in-game): Everything moves slowly and my computer makes horrible sounds, what the hell?

If I make my own game in battle.net and play vs computer or watch replay ALONE then everything is just fine,
but If I enter a game or someone joins my game then it's total mess, I have no idea why this happens, and those sounds my computer makes are horrible!

I have opened 6112 ports and my firewall does not block brood war.

I have lost my cdkey somewhere so I can't re-install, and I can't find starcraft from local gamestores anymore so I can't get a new one

Anyone has experienced the same problem?
Any ideas how to fix it?

I can't even download the new patch. It just keeps flashing "Waiting for the game to close..."--I tried everything, including downloading straight from blizzard.com, but I still get the same problem even after I closed SC, took out the CD, and deleted bwlauncher.

edit: Nevermind, it worked after I rebooted.

This is really, really weird. I've never heard of something like this.

GL HF fixing the problem though
