Thanks, I appreciate the retrospective. I think I only played the campaign and maybe a *few* bnet matches in vanilla, with no clue what to do. I remember it seemed like a huge revelation when I realized that I could use firebats to stop zealot rushes.

Yeah, I'm kinda disappointed because I thought it will be mostly SC:R as well.
The Blizzard news post didn't mention SC2 nor SCR, they just said StarCraft.

I didn't expect that SC:R would be the majority of the stream time but I did think they would play some more of it. It is the game that is turning 20 after all and has a lot of fun 'non serious' modes like hunters, race wars and team melee. It's not something that is upsetting to me, just surprising.
Edit: They started doing a BW segment which is more than enough to make me content!

Why do brood war fans complain so much? There's been lots of remastered all day. I'm glad I just got to see Tasteless vs Catz.
They have even been talking about mostly only remastered during sc2 games today too, lol.
