Cool, nothing beats the Overmind though so I won't be changing any time soon.

Once I actually imported BW Terran Adjutant's voice to sc2 and it made me play better :p not sure if i want to do it the other way around though OUR KAIVE CLUSTERS IS UNDER ATTACK

Yes. I used this one, but I kinda felt like it's better to have "NERF THIS" from Overwatch D.VA's ultimate.
Btw, how are you working on this sound files?
I usually get it from YouTube or somewhere on websites like Blizzard website and then work on those.
If you don't mind, I can work with you. Like Korean version.
I will send a PM to you. Take a look at my work of D.VA announcer voice(ENG).
If sounds are a bit weird, then it's probably because I had to amplify the sound because it was too quiet.

Is it because of blizzard intervention or just a bug? why did it even work in the first place?

It worked until 1.18.5xxx. I spent time and got lots of bugreport screen and probably blizzard took a look into it to block my way of inserting edited sc sound.
