My Two-Minute Tutorial series is designed for players new to Brood War unfamiliar with the intricacies of the user interface.
Through this series I intend to show some of the tips and tricks that have been found over the course of Brood War's lifespan.
The videos are formatted to be short but concise in order to allow the viewer to grasp the tutorial concept in an efficient manner.
I plan on releasing videos at least maybe once or twice a week, depending on time commitments.
If you have any suggestions or comments, feel free to post in here. Be sure to subscribe to my YouTube and follow me on Twitter if you enjoyed the videos. + Show Spoiler [Lesson 1: Rally Pointing] +

To be honest it'd be pretty sweet if you made really wacky MS Paint graphics yourself! :D
Should mention that at the start when there are few production buildings, programers hotkey them, and then just move the screen where they want the rally to be and rally them there via the hotkeys. (don't remember which # method you said that was) This also allows you to use the hotkeys to train units without looking or manually selecting the production buildings, so you can do other stuff, like moving the army, and just quickly go like 3m4m5m to train marines, and then continue doing what you were doing.
Then, when there's too many production buildings to hotkey, or they're using the hotkeys for their army, progamers use the F2-F4 method to rally. For this method, it's important to keep the production buildings in one area/screen. You can also use that F key to go to the production buildings and train.
