I had a little extra bandwidth to burn so I decided to host a small map pack for you guys. This map pack includes several pro-gaming maps and some other notable maps such as past WCG maps. This is the collection of maps that I\'ve compiled and am offering to those that don\'t feel like having to run around searching or downloading maps one by one. Almost every map has both a Normal and Observer version which I\'ve clearly marked. If you notice any errors, please tell me and also if you find any maps missing either a Normal or Observer version, please tell me and it would also be great if you could send that map to me if you do have it. At any rate, enjoy guys. ^^

Map Pack

Please post your download speeds (just because I'm curious) and also, if you\'re the type that has like every pro-gaming map out there anyway, then you probably won\'t get anything new from this collection so it\'d be appreciated if you could save the bandwidth for others that do need it.

Just another note. I've renamed many of the filenames for the maps just so they're all in the same format. I hate it when one map would say "Lost Temple (Ob) 1.0" and then the next would say "Lost Temple 2.0 (o)" and stuff like that. I hope nobody minds.

OK, so basically you took the Mapdori pack Aphelion02 made after I pointed you to it in this thread, renamed the maps, added WGT season 13 maps to it (WTF ?) and made a pack of your own without bothering mentioning Aphelion's previous work -_-;

I personnally don't care a lot about it since I didn't do most of the work on it, but it makes me feel quite uncomfortable that you didn't even credit him.

please don't flood bnet with more versions of these maps. i don't want to have to download a new map every game i join because someone didnt like the name format. just leave the names alone

Thanks for your assumption, but umm.. no. But since you want to mention it, since I went to intothemap.com and downloaded these maps one by one and then renamed and separated them between normal and observer versions and also went and downloaded the WGTour map and since I don't know who Aphelion is, I don't feel I really need to give him credit... -_- The only thing I was missing at the time was Hitchhiker and I didn't return to that thread since I said "Thanks" simply because I had no reason to. You're acting like only one person could've thought of doing this... I'm not pretending it's an original idea. I'm sure many people other than myself and Aphelion have collected these maps since they're publicly availably.

But if you want to complain about something like that, special thanks to IntoTheMap and WGTour... and everyone else that I don't know that might have had this idea before me... before more people come out of the woodwork claiming that this idea was theirs and somehow they should receive credit for it because of this... -_-

Also, renaming some of the maps was necessary because several of them had characters in the name that would cause the map to not work although mine also requires you to have Korean installed on your Windows to view some of the map names... Besides, it looks neater anyway.

Geez... everyone's a critic... can't even try to do a nice thing without having someone complain. Who cares about recognition from a bunch of people you don't know online anyway? If anyone wants to take this map pack, rehost it, and take credit.. be my guest. -_-
