Thank you TL for organizing these great events and Brain for sponsoring. Good luck to all players. For someone that dont play BW anymore, but watches it all the time, i am very grateful towards all active players and for the amount of time and effort they invest in BW and for providing entertaining games for us fans.

Seems weird to penalize if I can only participate in certain weeks if busy due to life issues. its only for the first week, and depending on that result all the players will have their next opponent assigned to them in advance so you you'll have a whole week to schedule around to play that game.

It can't be longer than that because even one unplayed match halts the entire tournament, since we can't make the matchups without knowing the full results of previous round. It is pretty much set now, but who knows, a chance to cast might always open due to some unforeseen circumstances of our casters.

Sorry for skipping on this question earlier, but had to give it some more thought. The seeding for the Ro32-elimination bracket will look like this: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft/User:Itsjustatank/Sandbox_2

I think it's a good idea, but you will need to reserve a weekend for seeding matches and/or tie-breakers. How a swiss system would progress with 64 players & 6 rounds (numbers are amount of players with even scores) -> 64 32-32 16-32-16 8-24-24-8 4-16-24-16-4 2-10-20-20-10-2 1-6-15-20-15-6-1 In this case there is an obvious 32, but there is no obvious seeding between them. With more or less players, it could become a problem.
