In any case, I haven't used StarForge in like 10 years. It may not be compatible with modern operating systems, but if it is it isn't any more complicated than installing any other program. It's a windows program, so hopefully you're smart enough not to be trying to use it on mac. The people at BWMN use Stardraft, which is a pretty advanced editor that still works (at least on windows 7). It's not really a trigger editor though. StarEdit hosts other special programs which are good for that. IMO when making maps it's probably better to think about how you can do cool things with the tools you have and know how to use, than to think 'oh this would be great!' and find out it's not actually within the scope of the editor. This particular feature sounds like you can enable it just in the properties of a unit though in the original editor (I know you can modify burrowed, invincible and other booleans). edit: wow, SEN forum is pure ajax now and it is horrible. | ||
