A while ago I found a nice little program called IOGraphica (http://iographica.com/) which tracks mouse movements. I forgot about it for a while but then used it today to track mouse movements while playing Brood War, and it made me wonder what other people's mouse movements look like.
So it would be great if others could record their mouse movements while playing and post the results here Please note down your rank and how long the game took and what matchup it was, along with APM (and EAPM ;D)
Here's a 30 minute ZvP with me as Zerg, C- max rank, 150 APM, 120 EAPM.
The circles are where your mouse stops moving, with larger white circles being longer periods of not moving. During the start of the game I usually have a bunch of those
They should make this for pro-games so that for extremely great games, they register the mouse patterns of both players in different colors and then post it up in a "Hall of Fame" wall.

You download the program and press Record, then you play a game and it makes an image based on your mouse movements So it won't do anything much if you're just watching a replay or FPVOD, you have to play a game yourself on your PC.
Wait this is actually really cool... Now I want to try it~ haha so sad we can't have pro's doing this to show their actions... I imagine they would have like no dots...

Yeah, I edited mine down to the current square because it registered the first few swipes when I began the program with bw alt-tabbed and before it auto switched to 640x480

Circles (pauses) are bad, lots of lines to the edges of the screen (mouse scrolling) are generally bad as well.
Essentially patterns to look for, to identify what you need to work on in game concerning your cursor movements.
Circles aren't bad unless they're in the middle of the game at the start of the game you don't need to click anything much at all for a long time except moving workers onto minerals.
