What I did was modify the audio file with audacity to lower the volume and re-saved the file. You can also use a completely different wav file. In new version you can use trackbar near "sound notications" to control volume (the same thing you can do with Windows audio mixer, just chnage audio volume for mca64Launcher there) | ||

Another way, in addition to the suggested method above, is to find the original .wav file, open it in an editor and lower the volume and replace the .wav file. - Polish translate was fixed, thank to Raven, - German, English and French translation was fixed, - fixed audio peak meter on Windows XP for recording, - tried to remove all error Windows like "range check error", - fixed Video file conversion to 1280x..., - changed frames drop count from 500 to 750 for recording abort, - added Paris server to Twitch settings. All settings from previous version will be saved. | ||

First off, thanks for the mca launcher. It's incredible!  Second, I would like to be able to: 1. Lower the volume for the sound effects when people join / pvt message 2. Change the sound effects when people join / pvt message 3. The tool tips of the labels (checkboxes and such) are not localized in any language. I haev it set to english and it appears the tooltip is in polish or something. 4. Is it possible to add custom gateways via the launcher? Thanks! | ||

In the latest version, I added detection for changing default audio playback device for this. 2. Replace WAV files in launcher directory. It's good to keep AUDIO CD quality files. 3. Main language is Polish, later I will translate to other languages. Not everything is translated yet, sorry. 4 Hmm, right now I'm too lazy for this. Maybe in the future. If you have low upload speeds, don't forget to set it to a lower value. But i recommended to use MP3 instead AAC, much better quality. | ||

H.264 (libx264) settings: Encoding method: CBR Bitrate: 1000 Preset: Medium Audio Compression: MP3 (libmp3lame): Encoding method: VBR Bitrate: V2 (~190 kb/s) Channels: Stereo or AAC: 224 (kb/s) mca64Launcher VIDEO: set 30 fps also set default format for speakers to 24 bits, 44,1 khz (click configure mca64Launcher AUDIO-->Playback-->double click on default device-->Advanced tab and chose format there) Why only 44,1 not higher? Cause there is no need to upsample, you mostly put music on stream where it is 44,1 khz. Upsample can only produces loss. In launcher AAC will alaways use your default format for sample rate, MP3 will use always 44,1 hkz. If you wanna add Microphone to your stream with mca64Launcher AUDIO then check "Pass the Mic" option." ^^ | ||

"the last several versions cause me to be disconnected every 3 minutes like clockwork." probally iccuppluginloader doest work. Could you make a screenshot after join a lobby? There should be red text about that. Maybe you dont have a space on disk C? | ||

IccupPluginLoader not loadded correctly! Please run Starcraft again. I'm always getting that error spammed. Probably 90% of the time I'm disconnected 2 minutes after joining Iccup. But sometimes if I join it just spams that message for awhile before disconnecting. I checked to make sure I have space on disk, and it wasn't the problem. I really wish Mcalauncher would work for me :S. | ||
