Nobody has mentioned this but in WCG 2003 hovz got 4th place. Top 2 went to Korea that year and it's very possible he could have gone. Assem was going BC/Turret to defend vs a mass wraith transition from a tank/goliath build and hovz just kept losing wraiths over and over. Eventually assem got bottom right and hovz never transitioned to anything else and lost. Ultimately he could have just built 10+ factories or went BC and ran over assem but he didn't. I watched this in person so I could see both players screen. It's too bad this replay most likely doesn't exist anymore.

He then would have had to play Mcnasty for 2nd/3rd who he had already lost to before so he still may have not made it to Korea. Obviously placing high in 1 WCG doesn't necessarily mean you're great and since he quit we'll never really know if it was a fluke or not.

As far as where he is now I've been told he just owns up the casino playing poker.
