Today i was cheking the chilean ranking, and i got surprissed about this ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/eka64.jpg)
Dinot was a very good zerg player which played in Razer TeamLiquid StarLeague getting to ro8, liquibition against IefNaij, 2nd place in Highlander Tournament, Ro4 Spirit Tournament, 2nd place WCG National Qualifiers 09 Chile, etc.
i hope he come back, it would be awesome to see an old and good player in the new tournaments, playing nation wars, KOT,Clan wars, gosucup, etc.

hahaha
My old Chilean friend. Not surprised really.
Haven't really heard much of him in SC2 anyway.
|
ah, dinOt still remember him, oh well, let's go with another Zerg arg;d
|
played 1-1 vs him that was 1 failed game
|
wasnt he only good at ZvZ?
really cheesy in other matchups last iw atched of him
|
he used to be very good in zvz, and was a solid player in ZvP too, the only match up that he wasn't so good was ZvT, but definitly he used to be good, an A level player
|
ahh i remember dinot so well from TSL2, hopefully he is back haha
man, I miss BW TSL, it was the foreign tournament to shine
and I miss the old Nony, the old Ret and even the old IdrA
edit for more nostaliga: hell... I miss the old SCForAll Artosis and the BW caster Tasteless and the BW Day[9] Daylies (what a perfect show it used to be, I dare to say its on par with MBC Bnet Attack)

He was an incredibly smart, unorthodox player. I wouldn't really call him cheesy as there was method to his madness. His ZvT was always suspect, but he was solid in ZvP too.

yeah those were good days :D, Idra being The Toilet monster, hated and loved for his comments in game xD, and TSL tournaments were awesome. i still remenber the opening from first TSL

I played against him. Didn't think it was him during the match and saw his previous record of A- and thought oh wow cool I played vs a very good player. I ended up winning but it was his offrace.

only C+? im skeptical if its even really him. I'd imagine he can at least get to B- easily even after a break

Is definetly his account, but he seems to be playing for fun, and not for laddering, because he has a lot of offrace games

56-33 C+ ?
Weird stats, especially since the overall level isn't really higher nowadays. Did he play Sc2 ?
|
I saw him online about two weeks ago (I've even seen him in op teamliquid) and I've recently been confirmed by several south american players that it's indeed him. I don't think anyone would smurf this consistanly, and to me his stats seems completely reasonable considering he's certainly not in shape yet.

Know he played SC2 quite a bit during the beta, but he didn't like the game and couldn't play with his team (mousesports) due to cross server latency problems. So he quite to focus on his studies.
I think it is summer vacation now in Chile, which would explain his coming back. Hopefully it's more permanent.

Didn't he beat Idra in a tournament?

yeah in highlander tournament, he did 3 hatch ling in 2 games(if i remnber well), and idra was really angy, and in the fifth game, Dinot went for a 9 overpool and mined a mineral that's let the first 6 lings pass throught Idra's wall, and idra just retired. anyway dinot was better at ZvZ and ZvP
