Why didnt Yosh enter WDTour? He would have a great chance of winning it. Just yesterday he beat Blackman 2-1 in the BWCC, if the rest of Team Canada didnt suck it up they would have pulled out a victory over [pG].

Yeah Yosh would own it up during the season, but when it came tourney time i'm afraid he'd choke

Yosh PwnZ and all but he can't handle the pressure for some reason (wcgs, gamefixx)

actually yosh handles pressure just fine.
he is just tactically limited compared to the elite terrans in korea.

1) yosh needs time to rebuild his sets. he does 1 order vs each race, everytime, in serious games. so he is playing gamei n shit, and practising with hattan in order to get strong sets he can play to quickly rise up the ladder when he starts. he will play his "B" set in qualifying (his old orders), then break out his "A" set in the top 16 finals.

2) they are watching people's reps and assessing, always thinking ahead to the top 16 finals.

It also requires less time investment to play at the end. By then, top people are at the top and the bottom people are at the bottom. He doesn't have to deal with playing the "gosus" when he is at C5, etc etc.

yosh doesnt choke wtf are u talking about? #2 wcg canada ( he lost to grrrr...) true he did lose in korea but he went P. and Gamefixx howcan u say he choked when he lost vs Elky or Kenka or whoever was playing for SCU =[

Yosh doesn't choke, he just lets his mind get to him sometimes, feeling that some mu's are very unbalanced on some maps "ie. TvP *P have way to many openings, whereas T only have a few viable openings that can manage throughout the whole game* or zerg can lose a huge army on a stupid attack, then macro 10 hydras, click l , and have an army of 10 lurkers that can stop a formidable terran army

hmmm...if all the top gosus are lets say b3, why would they play yosh when he's c6? In fact why would anyone play yosh if he's c6? It's not worth the risk/reward...sure some of the newbs will play him, but all the serious competitiors wouldn't risk losing 100 points just to gain 10 against a top player. I bet if yosh waits til the last week, he won't even qualify for the 16-man tourny.

What he meant was that when he is playing a c6 player in 2 weeks he will have the skill level of a c6 player. Whereas people right now playing people c5-c6 are playing players like Daaman, etc. He can move very quickly up the ranks because he will probably go 30-1 in his first 31 games bottom feeding.

Just look at Testie, 14-0 and #22... There will be lots of players around the c4 level who will play Yosh at c6 allowing him to move up pretty fast as well.
