OKAY for the psi storm thing... well I would say DODGE THE HELL OUT OF YOUR HYDRAS I know it is hard when you start playing starcraft. I remember myself having really hard times with storms before I discovered the thing called ''micro''. 1st thing to do would be to not pack your hydras like you did. All along the game your hydras were sticked together. And yes in order to escape ''the faggotry of psionic storm'' you have to move your units out of the ''stated'' faggotry. With time and practice youll find that it is pretty easy to spot where the protoss is most likely to throw his storms and youll be able to move your hydras even before the storm is casted. Also... group your units together (it wil be easier to move them out of danger faster) and if you find that your opponent is waiting with many ht in narrow paths dont do mass attack. grab a group of 12 hydras and do some harrassments.12hydras are easily microable and by doing so youll eventually increase you speed and reflexes. finally dont do hydras only... late game this is hardly viable and early game you need lings for support. Sure you can do hydra pushes but it is rarely ever seen anymore. | ||

I played ihatett in like the same matchup (zvp), and he didn't go storm (I went hydras, plenty of time for storm to come out). lucky me :D | ||

if you go mass expo w/ spore/lurk defense, then the initial power boost the toss gains from getting 3-4 high temps is greatly reduced why is everyone elses answer to his problem to micro better? that's probably both the hardest and worst answer out there. a simple change in unit composition fixes the problem of storm.. or even better, yet not harder skill-wise, is teaching how to control the game so that storm is never a big problem (like the muta thing) | ||
