hopefully the OP can summarize all the best/funniest bisu as charizard is really good. a dragon. ridiculously dominant for a time despite the crappy type. weird thought that flash is being represented by easily the worst of the three... although blastoise being a turtle is hilarious | ||

He has no real weakness, easily beats Brock, can learn surf, and does the best against the Elite 4. Can also use ice beam which owns bones against grass/water/dragon. Charmander is nearly as good since he destroys bug pokemon early on but this speed advantage is lost against Brock. He's also not as good against the Elite 4. Bulbasaur sucks. Too many weaknesses, can't get vine whip fast enough to beat Brock quickly, not great against bug pokemon so he gets bogged down early on. | ||

Of course Venusaur is capable of tanking and sweeping, and as we know Jaedong is good at both macro games and hyper aggressive games. Charizard can only really set up with Swords Dance and Belly Drum. Stylistically Jaedong should be Charizard, but I'm alright with him being Venusaur I guess. Also it's Grass types that are known for annoying turtle like crazy strategies (Subseeding, anyone?), but a bulky water role also fits Flash too for the setup and sweep nature, or even just the acceptable offenses off the bat. Of course Blastoise is NOT a setup and sweep pokemon, or even really a bulky water. Empoleon on the other hand, is a good candidate for a setup sweep, as is Feraligatr (Agility and Swords/Dragon Dance respectively).
