edit: btw, i noticed my team has a score of 9 30 and i just registered it, while all my players have 0-0 scores :S what's up with that? You've probably taken over a team that went inactive in one of the higher leagues, but you still get a brand new player line-up when you register. So, you keep the game records from the previous owner, but you get new players.

No, they become FA

Ya, you get a set of randomly generated players, the old managers players become FA like Rostam says.

oh I see these is much balance ^^ , man if those guy inherited super imba players imagine what would have happen .

Well its also pretty tough because the players they get usually suck. So it can be difficult for new managers to show some patience before they start winning.

You just miss the big chance to get any good players in the free agency session , however the next free agency will be starting at the end of these season .In the mean time you could check the world section for any good players to buy .

I already bid for some players, I don't know tho how long it actually takes for bid to pass.
edit: btw, is there some irc channel for the fantasy league?
edit2: how do i sign FA players? i don't see any option to either bid or approach them.

Football Manager style? Where you can make them play..?

FA players have their own free agency period usually between rounds or at the the end/start of a season

Just be patient. At the end of the season there will be the much anticipated rookie draft where you can buy some awesome youngsters. Or if a player in the transfer market catches your eye you can buy him to hold you over. Just remember to save your money because each rookie costs 1k and their race/stats are random.

5 teams are available grab it when it still last

There is a 24 hour clock at the top of the screen along with the date. Next to the bid button is the deadline for when the bidding ends.
