Purpose Main Team 2 5 2  Classic3  Crazy-Hydra13 (captain) 2 3 Samsung Anti Team 5 Great4 Killer4 Ok so I changed my team to this. I really did want stork but in the end its a no brainer. Flash is out of both OSL and MSL and has only one thing to focus on and thats WL. He will go crazy to prove he is still nr1. Stork is amazing but with both MSL and OSL how can he possibly prepare enough to do good enough in WL? I also think players that are out of the OSL MSL will perform better since they dont have to focus on so many things and can play more relaxed. Anytime has the rutin and skill to take wins. Calm can chees his way to an all kill since maps often favours zerg. Modesty has done ok and with good maps he can also do well. As for my anti team, who knows, I sure dont and just picked 3 players :-) | ||

Took Iris since I wanted some ACE presence in my team, Anytime who apparently might be doing well and isn't really costly. I put Mind first, along with I think Hogil, but sKyHigh got the spot as a legitimate sniper (especially with streak-breaking points) when I decided to include RorO, prompting a downgrade of my Terran choice.ZerO, being quite well-rounded and efficient, seemed like a good choice (I'm really awful at telling which Zerg is good or not.  )For antiteam, ggaemo was a must have. Yeah, he'll get to play a lot... as to the number of matches played. Sets ? One. Really.This guy's making me rage, he looks terribad, he is terribad, he loses games handed to him on a plate, he's bad under pressure, he's responsible for more than one ACE's loss, have never been able to catch-up to his opponents, his muta "micro" makes him awful at ZvZ, and ACE coach still fields him everytime to offer a free set to their opponent. I don't understand. But ggaemo makes me rage and cringe, badly, and I really can't do otherwise that taking him as the first choice for my anti. If ou have to be one of the worst progamers I've ever seen, ggaemo, well you could at least prove useful to something!  Ranting aside, I wasn't sure who to put then, but Jaehoon seems to be counter-performing "well" enough to be eligible, and... well, choosing that 5 pointer is hard. I'm not sure who to pick and I might change it, but reading this thread convinced me to pick Action over Great.Might do some tweaking with my team too, even though I'm not sure who to pick in this case... | ||

EDIT: sigh I'm so out of touch with the Broodwar scene. 23 hours to go, and now I have to trawl through every players stats to get an idea of how people have been doing. (Who am I kidding? I do that every fpl anyway and LOVE it!  ) | ||

Main Team 5 CalmSeems to be back on track and is pretty solid for his 5pt price tag being co-ace for STX and all, can't imagine him not getting playtime and he'll win his fair share most likely 7 Fantasy (captain)Favorite player, never really my most logical pick but hoping he gets in a decent run. Will probably always find a spot on my team(s) anyways. Really payed off last "official FPL" season even though he was, as always, toted as the most unstable high pointer (It's just how he is, but he's pretty clutch still) 7 HydraOn a tear, hoping it continues. Let's just say his tlpd looks even more "flashy" than the real ones. 0 RockPositive record vs the dong and even more incentive to spam "CAN YOU SMELL?" and other token phrases in chat while he's cooking up some classic 2base carrier build. 7 StorkNot too expensive and obviously pretty solid 1 XellOsNeeded a 1 pointer and he seems pretty decent atm and is hopefully to be a regular on ace's lineup (which has apparently stopped being all that laughable) now that he's started winning again 3 WeMade SKT way to pricy, wemade my 2nd favorite team. Didn't really pick any of their players since it's a pretty evenly distributed team and who knows who is getting playtime (aside from their most expensive player(s) which I can't afford anyways) Anti Team 5 ActionSlumpy atm, seemed the iffiest of the 5ptrs 4 JangbiSlump :S 4 KillerDon't dislike killer at all but he hasn't failed me as an anti pick yet (unfortunately? :/) Overall i'm not too sure of how my stuff fares in the WL format, haven't played this yet in it. I may be severely undervaluing snipers for their streak breaking (but then again top players can both streak break and win the following match getting even more pts). I didn't really wan't any on my anti but as a main I guess the 3 7ptrs can kind of double as both a sniper and a streaker so I guess that'll have to do. Had a way more balanced team done but then kind of just looked at Stork's price compared to his form (yes he's in both leagues though so less focus I guess, but still). Couldn't skip him, some adjustments had to be made; for better or worse, who knows. | ||

Main Team 5 BeStGood at 2 MUs, good price. also on SKT so extra point here and there 5 CalmDefinitely has a ton of potential. I see him getting better 3 sKyHighsnipe some Ts please. also need a T myself 4 Statson KT, pretty good record 7 Stork (captain)chosen for obvious reasons 6 ZerOace for woongjin, pretty good at all matchups 0 Air Force frees up 4 points and not even THAT bad right now Anti Team 5 Action4 HiyA4 JangbiSlumping players whom I hope keep losing Was going to snatch up Jaedong but so expensive this time =[ | ||

Pure: was very good in R1, but not in R2, and usually sucks in PL. HiyA: has been terrible so far, but may be improving again Jangbi: is bad, but was improving some in R2 and is usually KHAN's only good WL player. Mind: consistently mediocre... but I'd almost certainly be giving up points, there's no gamble here. Other? | ||

OZ will slump terribly as I don't see one-man teams going to dominate as much this season. Action:Ditto for Flash's team. ggaemo:ACE will severely diminish his skills this season. For 4 points, this was an easy anti-team choice for me. Sorry to burst your bubble, but Canata has been removed from Jan's lineup | ||
