Twitter hit big in Korea. Everyone has a twitter account. Even Progaming teams are jumping on this wagon (as well as some of the players). Who exactly?
I'm making this list so that you guys can follow the player and the team facebook fan page/official twitter accounts. We all know that Stork and firebathero has twitter accounts by now. But what about Jaedong? Leta? And infamous Yellow?

Surprisingly, KeSPA answers questions, even in English if I remember correctly.
Now you might ask me: why bother putting these up? Well, when hite entus twitter was created (about a day ago), they wanted to spread the word so that many fans can follow the twitter. By following them, not only you read what they are doing, but you're also showing your support for your favorite player/team, as well as general SC scene overall.
I didn't put up the list so that you guys can spam these players/teams. I put up this list so that you guys can support these players. Please don't make me regret doing this, because teamliquid is seen as the 'world-wide' community of Starcraft to the Korean players/teams.
So if you have time, follow your favorite players, and ask few questions sometimes. You never know if they'll answer back or not! =P
Note: If the twitter link has 'Answers in English' next to them, that means they will receive and answer your questions in English guaranteed.

@troken11 We have no specific plan yet. However, if the negotiations are successful, all progame teams would be willingly to consider. ^^

I think what sc2 needs is really a teamleague, and Gom has said that they're not interested in that (Although I read that prior to their own teamleague between seasons, did they change their mind?). Reading Rekrul's thread really changed my mind on teamleagues

I got a reply back from him a few weeks ago actually. He doesn't read what people write to him for long stretches of time but he'll actually take the time when he has it to go through and individually write something back. Besides, I'd rather see him win than a reply to my fanboying. The most interesting response came when he I used the word Bonjwa. He was quite surprised that foreigners learned the word "Bonjwa"
Edit: Whoops I was wrong. He does read it every now and then, but he doesn't have a whole of time to respond to them. When he does, he writes to everyone who writes to him.

Ohhh right cyworld... I created one way back when I was still a legal Korean citizen (and permanent resident in Canada). Became a Canadian citizen a few years ago, which means I had to forfeit my Korean one - the plus side is, I'm not subject to Korean conscription, but now I can't sign up for any new Korea-based websites. That being said, it's too late to "revive" my 5-year-inactive cyworld now -_-;;

^ I'm guessing that Twitter is also more popular since it's to control information, while at the same time promoting the players. They just have to wait for fans to follow them, while in facebook they'd have to accept fans as friends. And for those who aren't that great at English, Twitter is a lot easier to use(Korean facebook sucks 'ㅡ')
Cyworld's also not that popular among progamers, from what I know. This thread has the major ones, I think. I guess managing cyworld takes too much time, compared to the few seconds it takes to type up a tweet. And it's really easy for anti-fans to attack a progamer's cyworld, clogging it up with negative comments and a lot of swearing(악성댓글) - like how Boxer ended up shutting his cyworld an year ago( his gf also shut down hers recently after being flamed D: )

^ Nah, just about every progamer in Korea has a cyworld. Unless they're deliberated unlisted, they can be found using the Nate search engine. They're also all inter-linked through the comments section.

I guess it's not as unpopular as I may have initially portrayed it as, but I think that considering how popular cyworld is among average citizens and among celebrities, it's not as popular among SC progamers. I was led to believe that a lot didn't have cyworlds after seeing that Jaedong</3 and Flash didn't have one.

At first I was looking at progamer pages and noticed that even tho they're fans of "starcraft" the pic is of the SC2 cover. Then I realized that Leta, Movie and Snow have their personal email addresses posted in public. Snow even posted his cellphone number.
Could any korean speaker tell them about it? FB privacy at its best, but people with haters might want to hide that kind of personal information.

Thank you kiett! Google translate not entierly accurate there..Or maybe its one of those hilarious korean-english things when all of a sudden piano changes names to organ and it takes you 2 days to realize they are practically the same thing :D
