Are you sure you aren't pressing alt when this happens? I have never ever had trouble with the mouse leaving the window with mouse lock turned on. If you hold alt it is supposed to allow you to move the mouse out of the window. @OP Because my 24inch widescreen monitor at home is a cheapo TN panel it refuses to display 640x480 in its proper aspect ratio so I have to use windowed mode. I use 2x pixels and mouse lock and have no issues whatsoever. If you are having trouble getting fullscreen to look the way it should I highly recommend windowed mode  | ||
