![]() If you want your medics to stick to your marines, just 1a2a3a and stim when you run into enemy units so they go straight to healing your marines

Just simple, start of game as example. Maines - 1 Medics - 2 So you engage some zerglings, and move to attack. 1-t-a-right click THEN 2-a-right click "A" is attack for marines and Heal for medics. To stop medics from charging off ahead of ur marines, hit "T" for stim, so they turn back and start healing ur rines. To micro, move the marines at the front of the group to the back. And repeat until enemy units are dead.

Head up against Lurkers, try to keep your rines spread apart, to make the Lurker do as little/no splash damage as possible. And keep them controled in separate groups, I usually went with 1-3 all marines, and 4 as my medics, and when in battle I just made sure the medics were spread around them. Using attack + A click works, but you have to set back the medics, or manually move them in battle.

if not, stim->spread them laterally so they don't stumble around. you want them all shooting. if they are in a clump when you are fighting lurkers, that is bad.

so they can obstruct the path when you need to do something decisive in battle i.e. run up a ramp? the only reason to have meds in front is mega late game vs ling/ultra.

so there is no real reason to have meds in front.

MAYBE its just me but i find that thinking once in a while helps ![]()
