Tasteless is good entertainment value. Always fun to watch/listen to him cast. I haven't heard too much of everybody else to make an opinion. Except for Cholera. Kid is terrible in my opinion. (But the same can be said of me. =p)

Artosis did for a bit on scforall, but that crappy scforall player basically made it impossible to enjoy his commentaries. As long as we're going with commentators that doesn't mean a hell of a lot to most TL.net members, I'd like to suggest Kang Min and the rest of the MBC commentating crew.

I really don't like single commentators, it just doesn't feel right without the chatter.

other than that have to say i like Artosis best of all foreign commentators I have listened to... He just gives decent commentary, talks normal and doesn't try to do the fake enthousiasm at key moments too much....

You could say nothing is better than compromising whatever standard you have for commentating. Fair play, but my preference will be something over nothing.

Tasteless for leading the comentating and screaming, Daniel for background facts a and strategy and Artosis for in-depth strategy analysis and © DT nerd rage. I would have to agree, this is a great combination of casters. Tasteless - Quality insight, particularly involving basic game mechanics that help introduce the new viewer to competitive Starcraft. Also has 'advanced' level insight, particularly about his race, Protoss. I thought his earlier casts without anyone co-commentating that he shined the most, however, I still like him when he is teamed up with SDM, as long as they stay on topic for the majority. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind if they get a little off-topic, but not when critical game changing events are happening. Artosis - High level insight, also is still a competitive player and making great tutorials, his insight is more appealing to the mid to high level player, or low level players interested in more technical commentary than informational/entertainment commentary. Also a Terran know-it-all. SDM - While mainly a minor thing, he can sometimes be inaccurate in his commentating. However, this is why Tasteless is here to correct him if needed. His experiences with coaching/KeSPA/South Korea in general are a very nice touch, which helps contribute to the overall discussion of professional Starcraft. While his game insight isn't as good as Artosis or Tasteless, he still can contribute. Like said in this thread, he is there for background facts and minor strategic input.
