EPTAnd my teacher is a huge dick who doesn't even care about mechanics and only the idea. For instance, my friend who took him last semester said he got an A by writing about how the clock in the beginning of the movie has roman numerals (suggesting roman times), shadows of the hands as they turn (suggesting a sundial), and operates in a modern way. Thus, when the hands start spinning around and around they suggest that "modern times" isn't really anything new. History just repeats itself because life for the worker has always sucked and will continue to suck in the future.
Yeah, I basically need something really smart sounding like that but I have no idea where to start. Can someone help me out?
