EPTThere are 4 of us, lead vocal+guitar,guitar,bass and drums and we have almost all of the basic equipment (we need a mixer and 1-2 monitors).
We play for love and art, not for the money, somewhat like why i play SC (im D+ on iCCup).
So, what would be the best way to promote our band but not to set a look that we are attention whores looking for money(like B.Spears and the boy bands) but still get some attention?
What to avoid, what to look for? Are there any musicians here that have experience in playing live gigs with some helpful tips?
Or maybe, how to record a demo when you don't have much resources? (We're all students)
