help me find metal/rock ballad

ok, I don't listen to this kind of music but I've heard one song I really liked and can't find out the name.

I don't know the band, only thing I can describe is simple piano playing in the beginning, almost exactly the same as in beginning of this song 0:26 - 0:33, just more frequent (sound is same though). The song is pretty famous.

yea, I'm no music expert, lol

A song that starts with just hitting that one key more frequently..? Doesn't ring a bell for me.. Are you sure that there isn't some kind of melody or chords played from the high pitch? Anything else you remember from the songs, any lyrics or any particular parts? How old is the song? 80s, 90s..?

The only famous rock ballad that I can think of that starts with a piano from a high pitch (not hitting on only on key though) is Guns 'n' Roses - November Rain. Doesn't remind the video you posted though...

Yeah, frequently this one high note. God I'm sure everyone knows it .. unfortunately I don't remember anything else, I've heard it just once and it's been a while.. I don't know, not sooner than 80s, not later than 90s, somewhere in between I guess, maybe more close to 90s, but this doesn't help. The piano playing should help

or maybe it isn't classified as a ballad.. but it's pretty slow
