Mission control will figure it out within a few hours/days no problem. Have a sandwich.
If it's a top secret mission such that nobody knows you are there, then sabotage the cloaking devices. If the secrecy of the satellite is too important, then you are screwed unless you can think of a way to alert 'your' people without alerting the enemy of your presence there in space.

Wtf is there a weapons deck on there also a cafe? if you aren't the only one on there it's not hard to figure out how to get off it seriously why is there all this random shit on a satalite that blocks tramsssions etc.
If it blocks all transmissions it's not hard to tell that it sends out scramble/jamming noise signals so you can porbably broadcast something to grab attantention if that doesn't work ram the satatlie into the planet hope you survie rentry and win.
