So hi everyone who is reading this ^_^ I need some suggestions to lose weight! I haven't done any sports in the past 15 months (maybe more) because I was too busy studying/working/practicing Brood War and now I am kind of fat . Before becoming a nerd full time I was pretty much into weight lifting at gym (I was going 6 times@week and I had good results but my body was becoming too big and I didn't like it so I stopped) but I never experienced an healthy diet in my life. Most of the muscles I had turned into fat and I think this is the right time to care about my body again. Basically I would like to know what kind of alimentation I should add to the running/rope skipping I'll start to do in 2 weeks I am very grateful to anyone who is gonna give me some help!

1st off ive seen pictures of you and you are far from fat, and second of all muscle does not turn into fat. So.. work hard and relax.

Play SC in a really hot room and weigh down your mouse and pressure up your keys.

Get appendicitis. You'll lose 20-30 pounds like I am right now.

eat a balanced diet, eat breakfast, eat small meals multiple times a day rather than 2 big meals spaced ~3 hours apart, don't eat late at night

yes eating 5-6 times/day speeds up your bodys metabolism, and you'll lose bodyfat if you eat healthy. Not too much carbs on the evening before going to sleep and so on

Eat less and healthier in all honesty . I'd go back to the gym too, it's really the best way to lose weight and stay in shape. Just don't go as often and do more reps with less weight if you're worried about looking too big :/.

I have a secret diet that is guaranteed to work. It is called the white powder diet. Essentially all you have to do is snort a bit of coke everyday. You wont even feel hungry! Now, this might put a big dent in your pocket book, but you will have all the energy you could ever want and no desire to eat. With the extra energy you can work out. I know, its sounds perfect doesnt it.

Start swimming. Best sport ever.
Edit: Seriously, it works every muscle in your body. Once you gain fat cells you can never lose them completely, they only shrink, but swimming is a fantastic way of getting in shape. Or, you can try rowing.

I won't tell you how you should work out, but only drink water whenever you drink something(up to you if you wanna make exceptions)
If you aren't getting much exercise, then plan your meals/diet based on that. Plan what you intake each day based around how many calories you are burning, and you'll be fine.

Edit: Oh wait I think you mean to say, drink only water? If so, seconded. Doesn't have to be strict though.

RUN 2-3 MILES A DAY, DRINK LOTS OF WATER, AND DON'T EAT UNHEALTHY FOODS
