I need some suggestions to lose weight!
I haven't done any sports in the past 15 months (maybe more) because I was too busy studying/working/practicing Brood War and now I am kind of fat

It is called the white powder diet. Essentially all you have to do is snort a bit of coke everyday. You wont even feel hungry! Now, this might put a big dent in your pocket book, but you will have all the energy you could ever want and no desire to eat. With the extra energy you can work out. I know, its sounds perfect doesnt it. | ||

Edit: Seriously, it works every muscle in your body. Once you gain fat cells you can never lose them completely, they only shrink, but swimming is a fantastic way of getting in shape. Or, you can try rowing. | ||

If you aren't getting much exercise, then plan your meals/diet based on that. Plan what you intake each day based around how many calories you are burning, and you'll be fine. | ||

I don't really know what he's planning to do, but I've always been fine with just water. I was mostly saying to avoid juice/soft drinks for casual drinking. If you're wondering about fruit, apricots, watermelon, strawberries, apples in that order are some of the lowest calorie fruits. Bananas are quite high, but it's not like eating a banana is unhealthy or anything. 2. Eat in moderation 3. Eat healthy (nuts, fruits, veg, meat, fish) 4. Do some sprints or swimming if you want BUT at high intensity intervals. High intensity is better than 35423543 minutes of random jogging or swimming. | ||
