Anyway, swimming, jogging, and drinking a lot of water really does wonders. Eat in small meals as well. 4-6 a day. Over 2-3 large meals a day.

If you drink soda/pop or any sort of sugary drinks often, stop. When I was in high school I used to drink like... Obscene amounts of Pepsi. I randomly stopped one day and replaced it with water. (I did NOTHING else) and I lost TWENTY pounds in TWO WEEKS. Which is pretty incredible considering I only weighed 145 to begin with.

Ok well I didn't know I had to eat more often and less, this helps. But well anyone knows which kind of fruits are suitable for a diet? For example I know banana has lots of calories so I probably shouldn't really eat it. I am so ignorant about this matter :p

Fruits and vegetables are made up of 99% water. You could eat ten pounds of that shit a day and never gain any weight.
And I base that assumption on absolutely nothing.

And I base that assumption on absolutely nothing. Er, more like, doctors say you should eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and then a small amount of meats and carbs (relative to a common diet) because that's healthy... not sure if a 'water' argument really is needed.

If you aren't getting much exercise, then plan your meals/diet based on that. Plan what you intake each day based around how many calories you are burning, and you'll be fine.
well I think milk is really healthy, and you can drink skim milk if you wanna. Also juice is healthy of course too.. but other than that, mostly water, yeah.

I don't really know what he's planning to do, but I've always been fine with just water. I was mostly saying to avoid juice/soft drinks for casual drinking.
If you're wondering about fruit, apricots, watermelon, strawberries, apples in that order are some of the lowest calorie fruits. Bananas are quite high, but it's not like eating a banana is unhealthy or anything.
Here's a link, not sure it's 100% accurate, but it looks right http://www.green-tea-health-news.com/calories-in-fruit.html

Thank you guys I'll work my ass on the diet after WCGs

1. Lift heavy stuff/weights 2. Eat in moderation 3. Eat healthy (nuts, fruits, veg, meat, fish) 4. Do some sprints or swimming if you want BUT at high intensity intervals. High intensity is better than 35423543 minutes of random jogging or swimming.

There's fructose in fruit but not enough to be detrimental unless you have a ton.

As long as you exercise (swimming/running/weights), you'll be able to eat pretty much anything that you want as long as you burn off enough calories.

eat lots of fruits and veggies where you were eating burgers and such.
