No I don't prepare for 500 different random catastrophes that could one day happen; That's absurd. I'd do whatever I could to survive, but I'm not about to stock up on canned food and build a bunker just in case... I want to build a bunker just for fun though.

I think I'd probably actually enjoy being in the aftermath of a catastrophe though... Having adventures with the rest of the survivors and becoming a hunter/gatherer society Much more appealing than this industrial age of bullshit and artificiality...
