I am fully aware that most men have the tendency to act more nicely to women who are attractive. I do not, however, believe that this gives someone an excuse to treat less fortunate looking girls with less consideration.
Today, a cute white/hispanic girl came in looking for some contacts. Immediately, I prioritized helping her above anyone else, even my parents or co-workers. I was extra nice to her and even tried to help her in a way that would make her stay a few extra minutes. I acted subconsciously. After she left, I realized just how pathetic it was that I would go to such extents just to please a pretty looking customer. It's not even like I'd get laid or anything by being extra nice to her, so why go through the trouble? It's sickening how it's as if a hot girl holds me under a spell, controlling me like I'm her slave. I even get nervous so I'm unable to directly stare her in the eyes and I get this huge inferiority complex like I'm unworthy of her presence. Relative to some of you hot-shots, I may seem pathetic, but circumstances factoring how I grew up just made me this way (some koreans may understand; I don't think I ever saw my parents kiss).
I realize that in my last blog, I mentioned some of my virtues. Now, I want to try applying my morals one step further by giving myself a challenge. From now on, I'm going to try treating a hot chick the same as I'd treat a 300 spartan woman and vice versa. In other words, I'm going to try eliminating that shallow part of my own human nature putting the pussy on a pedastool. Those who empathize with me, please do join me in this challenge. Seriously,

My cousin did the opposite and would always ditch us("us" being me and my two friends. He's my cousin but we're in the same grade and we live by each other(also my two other friends) so we've all been best friends since we were little) when his girlfriend called without even telling us and etc. He wouldn't go to the movies with us if his girlfriend called or would tell us to drop him off somewhere so he could be with his girlfriend(he actually begged my friend DURING the movie to take him back home(which is like an hour drive from where the movie theater is ~_~).
His girlfriend was an asshole. She was one of those emo posers and my friend became an emo poser because of her. Boy, he was WHIPPED!
Then, one day, they break up. He wants to hang out with us now since he's trying to rebuild the friendship again. BIG mistake. He's probably cried because we didn't invited him to ANYTHING and it was during summer vacation so he must have been BORED.

hot girls are generally more fun to talk to in my experience. also way more fun to look at. dont be such a pussy, learn to stare a woman down. but don't be their tool. okay enough rambling

I randomly ask people I meet if they played SC and if they want to play SC.
A lot of people "played" or "used to play" sc but no one plays anymore, wtf.
and the rest who doesnt know wth SC is, I just view them as outsiders.
A lot of girls played SC to my surprise, but none I know actually play anymore

Don't hold it against yourself that you behave the same way all humans behave. All humans tend to favor those we perceive to be better endowed in any given way. Humans even tend to favor people who have favorable luck when compared to those who had endured many hardships that are completely out of one's control.
You're human. That doesn't make you a bad person.

If I think a girl is really cute, I am not any more nice to her than anyone other random person. Nice guys finish last. That doesn't mean you can't talk to her, but dammit, she can wait her turn.

ilovezil - it has nothing to do with inferiority complex or being a shallow etc... we are hardwired to be like that with attractive opposite sex - you are too hard on yourself man! Yeah, we can override any behavior with conscious mental discipline and even replace it with a more "rational" behavior but do it because you want to train your character, not because you think it is wrong, because it ain't - it's just natural. There is nothing wrong with being nice with everyone who you meet initially - that just makes you a better person - but that extra attention every now and then, is not a bad thing. Don't forget either that, that extra attention you pay, one day will be reciprocated by one of those girls you find cute and you will be very happy you invested the time. That is how nature works, if you fight it too much, though there may be some gains, you end up paying for it too.
