Well, a lot of shit has happened now in my country so I decided to make a little blog and have people informed:
- Government closed a television channel, to be more exact, the oldest one here in Venezuela. The channel is RCTV.
- The main decision to close it was because the channel has different opinions with the government ideas.
- Since this is still a free country, there's still freedom of speech, by closing this channel, the Freedom of Speech dangers. You may ask why?. Because, if he closes one, he can still close others.
- Students and people in general, are in the streets, protesting, trying to make a difference, but in a pacific way. They are not in any way, dangerous.
- The "police" is shooting smoke bombs at the people, shootings, and there are already people dead.
Why am I posting this?.
Well I'm a student, and today I was in one of the manifestation and everything went well. Later on I left, and then someone came in a bike, wearing red stuff (this means, they were with the government), and started shooting at the manifestation.
A lot of people are calling for the "rebelion". Students and all kinds of people need to get out on the street to protest and fight for what is right and wrong.
This may not make sense for most of you who are not Venezuelans, or to people who is not aware of the situation here. I'm posting this because tomorrow, I'm going to protest, I don't know what will happen, but people say that we have to fight for the freedom of speech, in a pacific way. Fighting with the power of the word, and manifestation.
GG?
Edit: - "Police" is shooting at apartment buildings, and they are shooting smoke bombs to the houses and are breaking into houses.
- There are a lot of shit going on. My country went to a beautiful place to a fucked up place, thanks to the choices and actions of a certain man.

Oh there are poor people on the streets, students from all kind of social classes and all. Broadcasting companies are not allowed to show the images of the protests due to some law "our" president introduced some time ago.

Do you even live here?
You are talking LIKE you know what's going on here, and such. You DON'T know what they broadcasted, and yes they did broadcasted quality TV, not maybe for your "friends", but for me they did.

I know I can't change your mind so just do what you have to do but watch your back, always have 2 planned escape route as your marching. Please stay on your toes. Stay away from mob leaders as they tend to be targeted and identified. If they crowd gets violent - simply leave instantly. Stay away from the front lines. Don't carry anything that will hinder the movement of both your arms or would make you an easier target to identify. Don't carry weapons of any kind cause if they arrest you they can use it as an excuse to phuck you. Make sure someone responsible knows where you are at and when your expected back.
