The video is correct but I'm afraid your eyes may be set wrong in your head. Remove them and rotate them ninety degrees, then watch it again

The song is actually just the second track from the Surgeon a Simulator soundtrack, which is superb and feels like it sits somewhere between the themes to ER and Casualty. It's the thing that drew me most to the game :D
