About 10 months ago I was parking the car in front of my house when I saw a cat lying on the street.Looking out of the car,I first thought it was dead and went to get a shovel to scrape him off.There's a lot of stray cats around this place(rural area) which tend to get miraculously run over by cars and buses directly in front of my house every once in a while,so right off the bat I assumed this was another one of those cases where I'm the lucky guy that get's to collect the guts.
As I came back the cat dragged itself 2 meters along the road.It was a really pathetic sight watching him drag himself around and it just made me depressed so I checked if he has some open wounds and picked him up.He didn't seem to be bleeding or have any major disfigurements on the body,only his leg appeared to be broken.
Long story short,he recovered after a while in my basement and was able to walk again.I didn't really consider him as my pet and never gave him a name during this time,but he grew accustomed to the free food and warm space so I figured it would be kind of a dick move to kick him out now.
He started hanging out with this other street cat.It's a completely black cat that was scared shitless every time a human came near,it was probably abused or something by people judging by the way it acted.
Every time I fed my cat he would wait for me to leave and than call his buddy to share the food with him,so I was like w/e fuck it,guess I have two cats now.
I started noticing that they were completely different personalities,the one with the broken leg is very endearing,loved to cuddle and was really calm.
The black cat was a maniac at first,it was like he was paranoid or something,he twitched upon every movement and sound.I never saw him sleep,his eyes were always wide open and ears moving as opposed to the other cat which had this jaded look on its face.
Anyways,they hanged around a lot and they were teaching each other stuff that the other one didn't know.The black cat knew how to hunt and he would occasionally catch a mouse for the other one.He would bring the still alive mouse in his mouth to him so he could play around with it.After a while they started to hunt mice together,I saw them once cornering a mouse inside the car rim,one lurking from one side and one from the other.The mouse was probably shitting his pants inside the wheel but I thought it was funny how they developed teamwork.
On the other hand,the black cat learned a less amusing skill from the one with the broken leg.
He taught him how to open doors by jumping on the door handle.Ye it was funny the first few times but after a while I had to start locking the fucking front door as they would open it every few hours wanting food or something.The black cat also became bit more chill with time,he didn't flip out so often anymore and you could actually approach him up to a step or two away without him running off.He still doesn't let you touch him but I guess it's a start.
So here we come to the gay cats part.As you might have noticed by now they were really fond of each other,they were doing stuff together all the time,sharing,teaching each other shit.I thought,hey that's pretty cool,they are like blood bros or something.
I got home a few days ago and you can imagine the perplexed look on my face as I saw the broken leg cat desperately trying to hump his bro.I'm positive they are both males since I checked multiple times.I just came close to run them off while yelling wtf.Few minutes after they were back at it again.The puzzling thing was that the black cat didn't even seem to care that the other guy was trying to fuck him up the ass,he just stood there and let the other guy do his thing.
The other odd thing is that it's not like they are alone,there's loads of stray cats around here,they cant possibly all be male.
At this point I just gave up on trying to split them apart.The black cat doesn't mind being the bitch for the other guy and seems to kinda enjoy the display of affection so who am I to judge.
Oh well,at least I won't have to worry about offspring.

I mean, I'm sure there is some homosexual behaviour in cats, but dominance related mounting is FAR more common. Also I'd hate to be the black cat, cat penises have backward facing barbs, thats gotta be painful.

yea I'm really not sure.I have been around a lot of animals and I'm pretty sure he's actually trying to hump him but I guess it may be that he never actually sticks it into his ass.I had a cat before and know that shit gets real loud around this time of year,since mating is obviously painful because of the barbs.I haven't observed them long enough maybe but the black cat doesn't seem to make much noise during all this.
Speaking of painful,my hand looked like a used up scratching tree when I caught the black cat for the first time to check what sex he was.

heh yea,as I said the black cat is really scared of humans so catching and holding him without any flesh wounds is pretty much impossible.

This is no joke when I say it, but with the rampant mating styles of stray cats, straight or gay, it might be a good idea for you to take him to the vet and get him checked out.
I have some friends who caught a stray cat outside a restaurant we worked at, they took him to a vet and he put it down because it had the feline strain of AIDS.
