You could probably build that wall desk without too much difficulty. Think about it like a series of floating shelving with horizontal and vertical sections. You'll have to build the vertical section on a stud, so that could be a position issue depending on the studs in your room. Also if you're renting they might not like it or you'll have a bit of hole filling to do.

You would not get that uniform single piece of wood look with the rounded corners though. I think you could still get a pretty modern look with sharp edges. You could probably get that clean white edge look if you use some decent painter's tape on the top and bottom (if it leaks you're kinda fucked). I would use a small roller over a paintbrush so you get a more even, clean finish. Also use primer.

The hardest part would be the pull out keyboard shelf. I'm not sure how you would attain a set of rollers without buying a premade desk. Is your Japanese fluent? Will probably be difficult to find anything if not. I don't know about the rest of Japan but I know in Tokyo it's not like you could just drive to Home Depot and take a look around.

Also definitely make the keyboard section wide enough to fit a mouse. Don't have your mouse and keyboard at different elevations. That's pretty much the worst ergonomics possible and you'll get RSI or carpal tunnel problems guaranteed.

That loft is larger than the dimensions of your entire room. Don't get an all-in-one set like that, if's going to make your room seem even smaller than it is.

Get neutral, light colour furniture/bed to make it seem larger than it is.

Tall and thin decorative items such as mirrors, vases, or pictures or will enhance the apparent height of your room which will trick people's eyes.
