Retrospect on SC2 streams

but i caught day9's amnesia let's play, and i went through a few of his video archives, and started watching some streams again. and holy cow the stream quality is so crispy and amazing. i remember when starcraft 2 came out and all the stream qualities were so-so. i thought it was gonna be hard to distinguish units and that video settings were gonna have to be set on medium-low so it remains a good viewing experience for viewers.

fast forward to today, and im shocked at how beautiful this game is. and theres consistently streams with thousands of viewers. blizzard did a great job making spectator and replays work so damn good.
