EPTI'm a HUGE fan of the game, I bought a PAL n64 and a PAL copy version of the game only to be able to play it again (no emulators, come on, you cannot experience it to its fullest). I then began asking myself why Rare hasn't started working on a new one?, or atleast rerelease it for Xbla or virtual console, I'm starting to get a little tired of playing the same game over and over again, imagine how great it would be to play a completely new version of it with HD graphics, it will make for a unique new-gen fighting game experience.
From what I've heard there are licesing issues and what not regarding the KI series wich means that we might not see one in a while, wich is a sad thing.
Rare is now stuck making kinect games and games for kids, wich isn't a BAD thing, but fans of the "old rare" would absolutely LOVE to get some kind of attention too. We got a new (well, "new") perfect dark for the release of the xbox, why can't we get a Killer Instinct for the release whatever console Microsoft is planning next?
RARE, COME ON, DO IT PLEASE!
