Now, as we watch SKT's defeat at KT's hands last year on stream, we must understand that SKT may be on its very last chance to win the Proleague. Our old guards are moving on, we have Coach Park left.
What a fitting moment, that we get to face off with KT, one of our oldest, most dogged rivals.
They too, have had many trials this year. It's been a sad year for BW.
They too, have much to prove, have much to win. They have a desperate Flash, an on-form Hoejja, Stats, Action.
Against these odds, against the possibility of the last time we see SKT in the proleague finals against such a vaunted rival, I urge you root with all your hearts.
Root not that Flash's wrist acts up, but that whoever plays him wins.
Hope not that Hoejja chokes, but that his SKT counterpart outplays him.
Wish for Fantasy's clutchest play.
Wish for Bisu's peak performance.
Wish that Best meets Flash in an early round.
Hold, above all else, that no matter how desperate the situation may seem during the matches, SKT still has Park, still has the chance of winning, still has endless spirit bring to the battle with KT.
