That doesn't sound legal to me... police can't search your car without probably cause or a warrant. If he saw drugs sitting on your passenger seat that would be one thing, but police can't just search your car. What do you mean parking illegally in your own driveway? Can you explain?
Exactly, illegal to search without probable cause, or consent.
Saying they have a warrant out for your arrest is a way to get you to submit to a search or give consent to something that would be illegal otherwise without your permission, its definitely an abuse but fairly common from what I hear.

Because if every cop in Orlando sees you driving around regularly with tinted windows while dressed anything like that, it's not personal. They're just playing the odds.

I dress like that but it's more the people I usually have on my car. Most of my friends are black. It's just how it is you know?

That chair looks like it's made out of bubble wrap.

Do you have a better picture of the tattoo of the (pretty) girl standing next to you? Seems like a nice one.

Can you describe it? It seems to be inspired from an sculpture, and there's a flag on it? It just catched my interest. I happen to like tattoos.

You look harmless, I don't get it.
I have a feeling we're getting just part of the story, like how you said you were parked in your driveway when actually you parked illegally on public property. Do you lend your car to people? If you do, the person you're lending it to might just happen to deal drugs.
|
Forgive me for asking. Are you saying that you get stopped more often because of your race, appearance, or the car you drive?

As for the tattoo I'll describe it when I get home

You have seriously bad luck with cops. Really rough, especially the comments. I feel for you.

Perhaps a little old lady across the street actually thinks you are a drug dealer and so she keeps reporting your licence plate to the cops.
So many possibilities.
edit. Your vanity plate doesn't say "pigsdie" does it?

Especially the one time I wouldn't let them search my car. It's just annoying that I have no record or anything yet they always seem to find me on sully laws

I just had my AC fixed yesterday on my Accord, and thankfully it was just a minor leak of freon so all my guy had to do was add a dye into the system, find the leak, patch it up, and add more freon. It only cost $70 total since I've known the guy for the longest time.
However, major leaks will probably require you to replace some parts and can get very pricey.
Good luck. It made crazy noise and something broke. Suddenly no air at all. That's all I know. Sorry to be so broad
So THAT'S what happens when you hide your stash behind those little flaps, my friends always talked about there being so much room between the fan part and the exterior (though the smell may waft, wonderful) q:
Yes I did read the rest, and it sounds like you seem to fit the exact description of people police are trained and brainwashed to suspect and typify as criminal. Maybe next time a cop pulls you over start playing some classical music or something (until your ears start to bleed), and that's sure to lessen whatever negative image he'll inevitably form of you.

Lol that might help. Yeah idk I just don't understand that with all the crime going on that they find me. Or when I've needed the police for help (stuff was stolen) they never gave it 100% effort

I'm a delivery driver as well, sometimes I get 800 miles a week so I can relate to that, You might ask about your employer helping you pay for fixing your car, it varies from state to state but sometimes, if you drive your own car for work, the company has to compensate you for repairs. I don't know if a broken AC is something they would pay for though, its not something that keeps your car from running.
Lame about the cops though, only thing I can say is know your rights. They can't search your car unless you let them or they have a warrant.
