EPTOne of the things that led me to Starcraft was gaming in my childhood. The hunt for the perfect game. I tried a massive amount of different games, some of real quaility, others; not so much. I would like to blog about some of more enjoyable ones, still to this day. I've just spent the last week playing this game and it has so many cool moments.
Mad TV
Short introduction of the game from Wikipedia:
Mad TV is a television station management simulation computer game produced in 1991 by Rainbow Arts. The game puts the player in the role of a new program director for a TV station. The player is in charge of selecting programming and earning advertising for the station, while simultaneously trying to marry Betty, an attractive woman working in the building.

Mad TV is a German produced, and oddly enough never made it big in the US. The game is quite unique, and that makes it a lot of fun. If you enjoyed old Tycoon games, you will definitly love this one, especially if you love old movies pre 1991. Here you can own your favorites, and broadcast them to a whole nation! :D It's epic! This is the least bugged version. There is a version that has a lot of bugs and crashes often, that is really annoying to play. This version is pretty smooth, though might have some bugs and crash in some situations (when mixing with the info board) I suggest reading the FAQ shortly after you gotten the feel of it.
You will need Dosbox to play the game.

Buy new transmitters early (map in your office), its like early expand. ^^ The best early commercials are Logical & Doggy (0.25mill viewers), Rushware & SUN (0.50mill viewers) & La Baguette, Escal ATs & Cashback (1mill viewers) & Nipponix (2.5 mill viewers) Your goal is to reach 5mill viewers quick. Cause you then you can get BP commecial which will win you the game trough Love Story movies. You can also borrow some money from your boss (depending on difficulty) and this increases depending on if you earn Sammy awards or not (every 3rd day) Good news uppdates affect the viewers that you have on your movies. You can boost them a lot by uppdating news, especially the instant they come (each hour) To win Bettys heart, is her show, Culture Today (0 viewers!!) & buy her gifts for a lot of cash. Save often & Don't get to many commercials to fast, check them often and take enough to fill your day
