EPT#2 9:30 offrace Terran vsing a zerg on metapolis: After a 10 minute break of trying to configure fraps, finally got it so ill be hopefully uploading videos to all of these little time marks for the full experience. The game ended up being a long drawn out macro game. I opened 1 rax FE with reapers while he went hatch first. :x still fine. half an hour into the day and its all been starcraft 2..
#3 9:58 Ladder #2 - ZvP Xel Naga: He has a wack wall and i abuse it end of story lolol. That was a refreshing ladder game, but games like this take you off your guard which you should have up at all times.
#4 10:09 Ladder #3 - ZvP Shakuras: Well supposedly it was a ZvP, but it turned out to be a ZvZ.....lol. Thats not something you see every day. SO its been an hour of playing starcraft and im pretty fine right now.
#5 10:34 Ladder #4 - ZvP Shattered Temple: Damn close positions. I wish blizzard would just take out all the regular maps and put the MLG maps in because other then ladder, no one will play the regular shattered temple -.-
After the game I watched the replay because this guy did a stargate into robo build and I have been trying to gather the timings for how fast a robo bay can go up after someone stargate opens. All I know is that this hydra 2 base timing attack has to hit at ~12 minutes including an average distance from the bases walk.
#6 10:41 Ladder #5 - ZvZ Shakuras: Alright so for everyone who is having trouble whether to hatch first or pool first, on smaller maps like shakuras plateau, you cannot 15 hatch. You will also lose to 1 base banelings if you do a speedling expand as well. This game shows a pretty clear cut traditional ZvZ strategy of banelings. It is not all in at all, there are a lot of different ways to continue after the initial banelings and this was just one of those ways, but in this case i won. Some notes here, you don't want to make any more drones after the initial 15. The rest should be turned into speedlings as in the video.
#7 10:51 Ladder #6 ZvRandom: Ended up being a ZvT on Backwater Gulch. So its been ~2 hours since I started writing this blog. I am gonna take a little break now because I my back started hurting a bit in the game and I need a break.
