Hey guys,
I'm currently sitting at the top 10 of my Gold league in the Sea servers and I just lost hard against a protoss. I looked at the replay and although I have more workers and more production, protoss just gets like 3 colossi and 1a's me. I also had better ups. Not too sure what else I could have done to win, can't even be mad. Just amazed.

Any ways I could have improved this one? I think I should have expanded earlier for one but yeah, not sure how else to support 2 reactor starports and still have units on the ground :/

Couple of things I noticed,
Your macro was good in the sense that you used up all of your minerals and stuff. - Your first attack when your units got forcefielded off you kept them up the back and didn't use them to attack the zealots and do as much damage as you could (your early aggression could have been more effective) - Your main was so oversaturated because you didn't expand, I think you had 37 SCV's before you expanded and this means you are oversaturated meaning you have more SCV's than are actually useful. - With a heavy bio unit composition like you had you should really go for starport earlier just to get a couple of medivacs early, 1. because you overstimmed some of your units and 2. because it opens up the possibilities of doing drops which can be very effective.
Just the main points, there are probably more but I just picked out the main points I thought you could improve on effectively.

Let me start off by stating that I am a Protoss player so while I stick to what I know: general macro/micro and decision making. I will not make comments about your unit mixture as I just don't know enough about that.
1. Your initial SCV stops scouting too early. Against Protoss you can safely stay in the base until his Cybernetics Core finishes. At the moment you left all you had seen was that he had a Gateway and an Assimilator: that does not eliminiate a single build except a cannon rush so effectively speaking you only learned where his base was.
2. I am not entirely sure on that first scan at 6:31. While it gives you the information you want (Warp Gate finished, 2 gates active, 3rd one being made, robo active) I feel the scan would have been too late in case you were being 4gated as that would hit anywhere between then and within the next 30 seconds.
3. At the first push you get Force Fielded but leave without killing the second zealot, that would have done more damage at no extra cost.
4. After the push you twice construct an extra supply depot while you are about 20 supply away from your supply cap. You should have made either extra unit producing structures or a second refinery instead of those depots.
5. Considering you were highly oversatured you should have expanded earlier and gotten that second gas earlier.
6. At the second push you get your army split and half and killed... twice. Especially after seeing it get killed the first time there was no reason at all to engage a second time aginst an army that you did hardly any damage to. Here you again took the units that didn't get force fielded so far back that they couldn't do anything.
Good luck with improving!
