You mentioned you got some scale figures, which I though you avoided. Which is your favorite scale figure? What do you have from Alter? What other places/events would you like to visit in Japan? Comiket? Don't forget Good Smile Cafe ![]() Camera body wise, 60D or Rebel T3i?

I do generally avoid them due to the cost, and the lack of posing/option parts etc. I wanted to make a Black Rock Shooter shelf though, so I invested in getting this one; http://www.goodsmile.info/product/en/2765/BLACK ROCK SHOOTER Black Blade ver.html She's the only one I currently have in Seoul except for two Prince of Tennis ones I got on the cheap. I'd like to order one of the Dead Master ones to compliment her. My favourite recent release is this one - http://www.goodsmile.info/product/en/3062/Tsumugi Kotobuki.html I just love the details of the food. Both of those for sure! Oreimo made me long to go to a big convention in Japan. I'd also like to generally look around and find out what the food is like. The last couple of times I've been to Fukuoka I just spent all my money on merchandise and didn't eat! I'd love to visit some shrines too. Also, to go to the doll stores such as Volks. I've not used either so I wouldn't like to comment, but I think regardless of which a person chooses the main focus should be upon finding a dependable body plus the widest range of lenses possible to suit what they want to focus upon capturing.

I really enjoyed visiting Kwangahli for the PL finals, but I spend a lot of time in Children's Gran Park in the evenings. It's really pleasant to just wander around watching the fountain show (they use a light show, music and co-ordinated water jets to put on a show every 30mins-ish.) during the warmth of the evening when not many people are around. I really recommend visiting the parks in Seoul, as well as the Royal Palace park and any more rural temples. Right now, my perfect day would consist of getting on a plane, flying to Tokyo, spending a horrific amount of money in shops like Mandarake, going to some kind of Tokusatsu live event, and then heading home the next morning. I'm planning a vacation to Japan with my Mum in the near future :D Do you do much travelling around now that you're not working on eSports? I just googled some of the places you mentioned, they look fantastic (google images showed a Kwangahli bridge that looked beautiful at night, reminds me alittle of the rainbow bridge in Japan). Childrens Grand Park looks great also, it's a zoo/garden/amusement park? That fountain show sounds pretty cool too. Thanks for the recommendations because I don't really know where I would go should I visit Korea (which is why I asked your favourite place to visit). I hope you have a great time with your mum in Japan when you guys go on the trip :D

I just stumbled across here and wanted to say a big thank you for all the various BW related things you've organized, no one who's been keeping in touch with BW would forget you =) As for questions, I've been wondering how you ended up in Korea and if you plan to live there the rest of your life or if you've thought about uprooting and moving elsewhere?

I hope you have a good time when you come here too :D

When you buy a new item for your collection, you will probably feel happy for that moment but after a day or so, I kinda doubt that feeling prevails. And so, after some time, you will set out again to buy something new which will make you happy. But something more...practical would prove more useful and it will make you feel good several times as well. That's what I think at least. Well I don't really need that kind of lens any more since I have no plans to go back into reporting any time soon. As for the point of collecting - well for me it's less about an 'I've gotta catch them all' type mentality, and more about having a haven to come back to. Filling my room with cute items makes me feel comfortable and 'at home.' even though I spend a lot of time alone here due to not having family around etc. I also own pretty much all the practical goods I need (video camera, net-book, my 5D etc.) I would like a PMP and a better mp3 player sometime in the near future though.

It was basically through an advert email on my Uni's server about teaching in Korea. I'm not even sure how I got here sometimes. Well, my Mum just had knee surgery so I'm keeping tabs on her situation right now to see if she needs me. I'll definitely be staying here until next year though.

I'm interested in buying an HD camera for my study abroad in Japan. What do you think would be the biggest bang for its buck? Not looking for something extremely fancy; rather, something simple yet quality.

Ah, then it just sounded worse than it actually was ![]() You gave the impression of the other kind of collector, the one who collects things for the same reason that other people smoke/drink/etc. Please don't take that as an insult, I came to that conclusion after considering some facts. Hm, then I guess I can understand you...or at least that's what I would like to say. But I'm not the kind of person who has a "home" or can feel "at home". Never having had that feeling sure has its dis-/advantages. And by the way, screw the cute items and go with some real figures ![]() + Show Spoiler + ![]()

Why do you feel the incessant need to keep ragging hypocritically at other females on TL for attention whoring? What do you wish to accomplish by trashing their blogs (Riku) and taking away from what others have accomplished (Kelly)? Can you not stand being in the spotlight? Does everything have to be about you all the time? Why can't you just let it go? Everyone here respects what you've done in the past for eSports, but why can't you accept what others are doing for eSports and the community as well? Once the limelight is off you, can you not handle it anymore?
