For the record I think this is hilarious (not gonna lie!) and cool. Not really sure why I'm translating this instead of working at work but whatever.
Front page:
A care-free place for those that wish to dress in female clothing.
And in female clothing, being able to read,
study, converse,
or sometimes just stare off into space.
And those that don't like sitting around
can use it as a meeting place, and go out.
I wanted to make a place where many people, things, information
gather for those that wish to dress as females.
For those who are new
The purpose of development

I want a place where I can trans without having to jump the hurdle of walking around outside
I want a place where I can care-freely mingle with other trans
I want a place where I can drop off my trans'ing equipment
I want to get a photo of myself transing
