Looks very cute, and I also really like the colors!
Where her top hangs down you really need some shadows to indicate depth. Without them it looks like her top hugs her skin, but clearly it must not because it does not continue to follow the curve of her breasts. So that is a tiny bit visually confusing once you notice it. The pants also look painted onto her skin a bit. Of course they may be very tight, but a tiny bit of shadow behind the red edging along the top would really help I think.
Your lighting on the skin seems a little confusing to me because on her stomach there is a very strong light source to the left, but that same light is not shown anywhere else, particularly on her left arm where I would expect it.
On the right arm, remember that a flowing sleeve like that will still show some clear definition of the arm all the way down one side, if the arm is not hanging straight down. Since the arm is bent, we should be able to see the shape of the arm on the top side, instead of having the sleeve defying gravity to curve up at the end.
You obviously made a stylist choice in how you draw the girl, so I don't think it matters she is not proportioned quite correctly. Over all she looks very good, and you have done good work with the skin tones. I also really like how you chose to draw and paint the hair. It's a very pretty piece as a whole!
Hmm, thanks for the in depth critique :D yeah, i see what you mean there, it doesn't have that hanging appeal on the end of it, will add in those shadows :D the lighting oversight...i guess i have no excuse for it, just a horrible oversight on my half >_< hmmm, the gravity thing makes sense entirely, but do you think its possible that it can be exempt in the presence of a thicker fabric? (for future reference).
Thanks for the other positive comments as well :D
